Accommodation

• The above special rates are per person per night inclusive of current applicable taxes, bed and buffet breakfast.
• Should there be any change in the hotel/government tax or tariff structure, the revised rate will be charged at the applicable time.
• The hotel check-in time and check-out time is at 12 Noon (IST).
• All Extras to be paid to hotel directly when you check out.
• Allotment will be based on availability and will be prioritized in order of receipt of application along with all night’s payment. Please be sure to indicate alternate choices.
• The number of nights booked will be based on the details provided by the delegates and their travel plans.
• Early check-in and late check-out will be charged at actuals.
• No refunds will be entertained in case of cancellation one month prior to the conference date.
• Shuttle bus to/from meeting venue will be arranged.
• Number of hotel rooms is limited and we recommend you to make an early booking otherwise you may not be able to get hotel accommodation.
